These terms and quality standards are deemed accepted by any client or partner who engages our services. If you have concerns about any aspect of these terms, please discuss them with us before placing your order and making payment. Any deviations from these terms must be confirmed in writing; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject related claims.

Pre-Delivery Inspections: All inspections should occur before collection or immediately after delivery. Goods are considered accepted upon collection or immediately post-delivery. Quality and quantity issues should be addressed before the goods leave our premises or vehicles.

On Collection: We will ensure reasonable inspection conditions.

On Delivery: The client must ensure an authorized person is present and reasonable inspection conditions are met.

Internal Applications: Inspection should occur under normal diffuse lighting appropriate for the room.

External Applications: Inspection should occur in natural daylight, but not directly towards the sun, and with no visible moisture on the product surface.

Inspection Tools: Strong lamps and magnifying devices are not permitted. Defects found at close range and marked to be visible from the specified viewing distance are not acceptable.

Pre-Installation Checks: All checks must be conducted before bonding to a substrate, rendering, plastering, or other adjacent works.

Color Matching: Colors may vary across different screens and materials. We strive for the closest match possible but cannot guarantee exact replication.

Sample Requests: Clients with specific color requirements should request samples on their chosen material. Charges may apply.

In Situ Color Perception: Natural light and material expanses can affect color perception. A 'good match' is our standard, with inherent color variations expected.

All goods remain the property of WonderBuilds until the full balance is cleared.

Quotations: Based on provided information and subject to adjustments post-survey. Prices are ex-works and ex-VAT unless specified.

Delivery Estimates: Dates are estimates only. Partial shipments are possible, and the customer is obliged to accept delivery and responsibility for payment of all products delivered.

Piece Accuracy: Ensure the number and layout of pieces, sockets, and notches are correct and as per your requirements.

Material and Color Specifications: Specific material types, colors, and sealant preferences must be noted with fitters.

Backlit Panels Special Considerations: Different settings and quality control are required. Samples approval is recommended.

Own Materials Handling and Responsibility: We handle customer-provided materials with care but processing is at the customer’s risk. Quality checks before and after handover are the customer’s responsibility.

Lead Times: Standard lead times are provided but not guaranteed.
